yummy asparagus in less then 10 minutes efforts

ingredients:
asparagus, spices, onion, eggs, smashed walnuts/cashew,  oven required

 
clean the asparagus and cut away the hardest part of the stem (3 minutes)
put extra-virgin oil on a baking tray, add thin chopped onions, and the asparagus (better a rectangular tray, do not overlap asparagus too much). stir a little the asparagus to spread the oil around (2 minutes)
bake at 200 degree, it’s about 20 minutes until you’ll see your asparagus get crispy (you can drink some wine if you feel too lazy meanwhile)
smash the nuts and add some pepper or spices you like (3 minutes)
when asparagus are ready, switch off the oven, pour nuts over the baking tray, and break over also one or two eggs (30 seconds to 1 minutes)
leave the tray in the oven, off but close, for a short time, just to enjoy the smell (30 seconds)
serve directly from the baking tray
